Job summary

DBS is seeking a dedicated professional for the Jakarta Head Office to perform end-to-end static data maintenance with high accuracy. The role requires handling daily account maintenance, supporting UAT, and contributing to process improvement while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and coordinated communication across departments.

Qualifications

• End-to-end process of Static Data Maintenance with 100% accuracy and good speed.
• Perform daily account maintenance as requested by BU or other department.
• Support UAT related to account services and actively involved in Process of Improvement project.
• Perform good control on daily operation, email tracking, and DWOR.
• Back up as leave cover for unavailable staff within CB Account Services.
• Timely problems/issues escalation to supervisor/higher management.
• Comply with all internal mandatory regulation (SOP, SLA, Code of Conduct, OJK/BI regulation, DBSI internal regulation).
• Maintain good relationship with other department, Business Unit, Branches, and other team within T&O.

• Daily account maintenance requests from BU or other departments.
• Support UAT activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain control over daily operations, email tracking, and DWOR.
• Provide back-up coverage for leave absences within CB Account Services.
• Escalate issues promptly to supervisors or higher management.
• Adhere to SOP, SLA, Code of Conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other units and teams within T&O.
