Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IS, accounting, management or business admin.
• ERP process knowledge.
• Strong documentation and templating skills (BAST).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-centric with ownership mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Process, clean, and format client master data for ESB Core.
• Coordinate data updates with Product Implementors and Consultants.
• Identify and resolve onboarding data issues promptly.
• Verify and template deliverables before handover (BAST).
• Ensure BAST is approved and signed by stakeholders.
• Update onboarding progress with all relevant stakeholders.
