Viction.id is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Jakarta to handle day-to-day interactions with learners and community members, ensuring a positive experience across touchpoints. You will respond to inquiries, support onboarding, and assist with platform navigation.

You will monitor feedback, contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services and content.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in education, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Strong customer service and support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Independently manage multiple tasks with accuracy and responsiveness.
• On-site work in South Jakarta; basic English is a plus.
