Job summary

Pt. Harapan Graha Niaga is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent in Tangerang to be the first contact for guests. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, and assist guests throughout their stay in a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and proficiency with PMS. A professional, proactive attitude and ability to multitask are essential for this hospitality position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs accurately.
• Answer inquiries about hotel facilities, services, hours, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room changes in the PMS.
• Respond to requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide local area information and dining/activity recommendations.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
