Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience as Front Desk Agent in hotel is preferred
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in PMS software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Pleasant personality, guest-oriented, and able to work in shifts including weekends & public holidays
• Honest, responsible, and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional guest service.
• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay experience at BATIQA Hotel & Apartments Karawang.
• Support night audit duties, ensuring smooth front office and accounting operations.
