Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring high levels of hospitality and service.
• Represents property management in resolving guest or property related situations.
• Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
• Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles tracking of service issues.
• Maintains strong relationships with departments to support operations and goals.
• Sends daily MOD report copies to all departments.
• Intervenes to ensure guest satisfaction and maintains property integrity.
• Participates in HR activities and ensures policy compliance and staff cross-training.
