Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year experience in related professional area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and guest services to ensure excellent hospitality.
• Serve as voice of guest relations and manage service issues across departments.
• Compile and distribute MOD (manager on duty) reports to all departments daily.
• Monitor compliance with policies and SOPs; drive continuous improvement in service quality.
