Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations.
Represents property management in resolving guest or property related situations.
Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
Serves as Guest Relations Manager and tracks service issues.
Maintains strong working relationships with all departments to support operations.
Sends daily copies of the MOD report to departments and monitors service levels.
Reviews staffing levels, financial statements, and performance data to improve efficiency.
Intervenes in guest/employee situations to preserve property integrity and satisfaction.
Provides immediate assistance to guests and leads with hospitality.
Ensures adherence to policies, standards, and SOPs; supports staff development.
Develops corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction and records issues.
