Job summary

Barcode Gokart is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple automotive service locations in Indonesia. You will travel between branches to manage teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and optimize workflows to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in automotive services or similar industry
• Willing to travel between branches regularly
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of car repair and maintenance, car wash and detailing, and workshop operations
• Willing to work on weekends (Saturdays)
• Certification in automotive field is an added value

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all workshop, car wash, and car detailing locations
• Travel between branches to manage teams and oversee operations
