Bobobox is hiring an Operations Management Officer to oversee branch operations, inventory control, and procurement processes across locations in Indonesia. The role includes coordinating requisitions, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accurate payroll and reporting aligned with COA standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in admin or operations roles within a hospitality or service context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, finance, or related field.
• Experience in branch operations or admin roles is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of hotel business processes.
• Attention to detail and curiosity-driven.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Learning agility and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Summarize and coordinate purchase requisitions for all branches to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and monitor Purchase Request proposals within budget for multiple branches.
• Coordinate monthly attendance reports to generate payroll data.
• Finalize monthly inventory reports with correct COA for Accounting.
• Submit requisitions for ancillary goods promptly.
• Monitor monthly branch stock opname and generate inventory reports with OKR targets.
• Conduct regular asset audits across branches.
• Coordinate branch starter kits (uniforms, accounts, name tags, etc.) for new joiners.
• Record inventory consumption ensuring correct CoA and system alignment.
• Oversee daily stock ordering to fulfill branch needs.
• Compile branch attendance recapitulation with complete supporting documents.
• Process daily labor wage payment requests.
• Process adjustments for inventory obsolescence losses.
• Submit vendor payment requests and refunds for POS transactions.
• Provide administrative training for new sites and record training reports.
• Oversee offline/online training and reporting as requested.
• Monitor daily ancillary item sales and inventory replenishment.
• Initiate and manage item requests in Netsuite and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Visit branches to assist with stock opname as scheduled.
• Provide support across Branch Operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
