Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in automotive services or similar industry
• Willing to travel between branches regularly
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of car repair and maintenance, car wash and detailing, and workshop operations
• Willing to work on weekends (Saturdays)
• Certification in automotive field is an added value

Salary range consists of basic salary and performance-based incentives, depending on branch revenue achievement.

About The Role

Manage daily operations across multiple workshop, car wash, and car detailing locations (Daan Mogot, Gading Serpong, and Kelapa Gading). This role includes traveling between branches to manage teams, ensure safety and quality standards are met, optimize workflows and service efficiency, maintain equipment and facilities, and deliver excellent customer service. The Operations Manager will work with the management team to drive operational excellence and maintain customer satisfaction levels across all branches.
