Job summary

Meratus Group in Indonesia seeks a Facilities Management Supervisor to ensure effective, compliant, standardized, and cost-efficient GA and workplace operations across multiple branches. You will oversee security, cleaning, vehicle management, lease admin, and office relayout, driving safe and efficient facilities.

The role requires 5–7 years in general affairs or facilities, experience with vendors, and willingness to travel across Indonesia to support branches nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in general affairs or facility management across multiple sites.
• Experience with outsourced vendors and contractors.
• Office renovation/relayout experience is preferred.
• Asset disposal and waste management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outsourced security and cleaning services across branches.
• Manage vehicle allocation and ensure proper handover documentation.
• Oversee lease agreements and renewal processes for offices.
• Coordinate office relayouts and procurement of furniture.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, safety, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate branch-level waste management.
