Job summary

Kreasia is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end MICE project delivery from planning to post-event review. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Event Planners, and production teams to ensure seamless execution across venues and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in event production or hospitality, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 preferred in related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Event Organizer, MICE, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Able to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Event Planner, and production team.
• Design budgets (RAB) and client presentations.
• Develop timelines, production checklists, and event rundowns.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, and operational needs.
• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee field teams on event day.
• Manage vendor, crew, talent, and production scheduling.
• Ensure execution follows rundown and standards.
• Handle technical and operational issues quickly.
• Supervise equipment breakdown and return post-event.
