Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Indonesia is seeking an organized MICE Operations professional to manage tours and coordinate with Sales Office Operations, hotel teams, inbound operations, and suppliers.

You will plan activities, prepare reports, handle changes, invoices, and final documents while maintaining profitability and service quality. Diploma and English proficiency required; 2+ years in tourism/MICE preferred. Opportunity to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Professional Skill of English in both oral and written; second language is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field / MICE agency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible in working timing.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with the Manager on project development and reporting.
• Plan, prepare and coordinate operations activities for products and services across markets.
• Reserve and manage changes on all tour components in the system.
• Prepare invoices and credit notes including negotiations.
• Check purchase orders.
• Finalize and print final documents.
• Support local service account queries.
• Coordinate with hotels, inbound operations, and 3rd party suppliers.
• Handle complaints and compensation appropriately.
• Communicate with Sales during the process of sales and quotations.
• Provide after-sales contact with existing customers.
• Operate within defined profit margins and costs.
