Kuoni Tumlare in Indonesia seeks an Operations professional to coordinate tours and MICE packages, following standard operating procedures and liaising with Sales Office, hotel teams, inbound operations and third-party suppliers.

You will prepare itineraries, manage bookings, and ensure timely documentation while creating cost and sales reports; deliver high service standards across projects. Strong English, attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Professional level of English in both oral and written.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related field / MICE agency.
• Experience in the Tourism/Travel industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility in working timing.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare and coordinate operations activities for assigned markets, optimizing bookings and creating itineraries.
• Reserve and manage changes on all components of a tour prior go-ahead stage (hotels, coaches, guides, attractions).
• Prepare invoices and credit notes; check purchase orders.
• Finalize and print final documents; support local service account queries.
• Coordinate with Sales and stakeholders; communicate with clients during the sales process.
• Provide continuing service after sales contact; adhere to defined profit margins and budgets.
• Ensure on-site delivery of projects and events, coordinating with international teams.
