AYANA Hospitality in Jakarta is seeking a motivated MICE Sales Coordinator to promote and sell our event services to corporate clients and individuals planning meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. You will build relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.

In this role you will grow a client base, identify prospects, and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts, while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Based in Jakarta Office.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients (JSO)
• Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry.
• Attend industry events to network and promote our services.
