Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort.
• Proven track of achieving targets with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales activities for MICE and events.
• Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets.
• Sell event spaces and drive revenue into restaurant and bar areas.
• Establish partnerships to promote accommodation and events.
• Maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.
