Magada & Co seeks a dedicated community engagement specialist to build strong ties with our top seller members in Jakarta. You will handle member relationships, support on WhatsApp communications, and craft concise copy for member interactions.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and event coordination for occasional gatherings around Jabodetabek and nearby areas. A proactive approach and a portfolio for copywriting are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to handle complaints and solve problems.
Basic copywriting skills with portfolio.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience with event organizing, including campus events.

Responsibilities

Personal engagement for our top member in seller community
Customer Relationship Management with existing and new members
Manage Whatsapp Channel with member of seller community (copywriting skill is required)
