Job summary

Magada & Co in Jakarta center seeks a Field Community Officer to engage with the DAX community and manage events.

You will map communities, prepare kopdar materials, maintain the database, escalate issues, and support training for performance improvement. This field role requires a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office/Google Suite skills, excellent communication, and local domicile, with government stakeholder relations a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field-related experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Google Suite skills (Gsheet, GDrive, GDoc) are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• 1 year experience handling community/events (medium to large scale).
• Having relations with government stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up engagement and kopdar with DAX community.
• Manage community mapping and deliver kopdar materials.
• Maintain community database and handle escalation.
• Conduct DAX training and drive performance improvement.
• Monitor counting and attribute usage; ensure proper treatment.
• Perform field activities and engage with community members.
