Magada & Co seeks a dedicated community engagement specialist to build strong ties with our top seller members in Jakarta. You will handle member relationships, support on WhatsApp communications, and craft concise copy for member interactions.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and event coordination for occasional gatherings around Jabodetabek and nearby areas. A proactive approach and a portfolio for copywriting are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to handle complaints and solve problems.
• Basic copywriting skills with portfolio.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with event organizing, including campus events.

Job Requirement

• S1 from any majors
• Excellent Customer Service skills (preferable has good face to face customer service)
• Used to handle complaints with good problem solving skills
• Basic Copywriting Skills (portfolio is required to attach with CV)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic to Medium Presentation Skills
• Basic to Medium Spreadsheet Skills
• Basic Event Organizing Skills (experience in handling event in community in campus required)
• Minimum 6 months experience in related field, or internship experience
• Willing to handle event around Jabodetabek area + Karawang, Serang, Cilegon (1 to 2 events per month)
