Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a motivated candidate for our seller community activation role in Jabodetabek and surrounding areas. You will engage members, manage relationships, and support copywriting efforts on WhatsApp channels.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 6 months related experience or internship, strong communication and customer service, and basic to intermediate skills in presentation, spreadsheets, and event organizing. Portfolio allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills; face-to-face preferable.
• Experience in handling complaints with good problem solving skills.
• Basic Copywriting Skills; portfolio required.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Basic to Medium Presentation Skills.
• Basic to Medium Spreadsheet Skills.
• Basic Event Organizing Skills; campus community events experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in related field or internship.
• Willing to handle events around Jabodetabek area + Karawang, Serang, Cilegon (1–2 events per month).
