Expert Boost and Expert Care are built on one promise: healthcare practitioners can trust the science behind what we bring them. This role exists to make that promise real — through two things held in equal weight: rigorous, defensible data, and genuine, earned trust. Evidence without relationship doesn't get heard; relationship without evidence doesn't get respected. You'll be the person who holds both, visit by visit, conversation by conversation, across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
Key Responsibilities
- Earning clinical recommendations. Build scientific confidence that leads practitioners to issue a recommendation memo for EB & EC to their hospital.
- Master the scientific evidence underpinning EB & EC products — understand study design, limitations, and clinical relevance well enough to discuss them with practitioners.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare practitioners grounded in scientific credibility, not transactional selling.
- Plan and execute practitioner visits and product detailing sessions, ensuring every interaction is evidence-led and outcome-oriented.li>
- Track engagement quality and relationship health over time — who trusts you enough to ask questions, share feedback, or flag concerns — not just how many doors were opened.
- Collaborate with Brand and Medical teams to translate field insights into product development and communication improvements.
- Stay current on relevant clinical literature and competitive landscape; flag new evidence that strengthens or challenges existing product claims.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Health-related discipline (Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, Public Health, or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a product specialist, medical representative, or medical science liaison role.
- Strong ability to read, critically appraise, and interpret journal articles, clinical guidelines, and systematic reviews — not just summarizing abstracts.
- Strong product detailing and scientific communication skills, with the ability to structure and communicate evidence-based narratives that are relevant to clinicians’ decision-making processes.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English (clinical literature is predominantly English-language).
