Job summary

Tentang Anak is seeking a Medical Science Liaison/Product Specialist to bridge clinical evidence with frontline practitioners across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Indonesia. You will translate scientific data into engaging, evidence-led conversations, build trust with clinicians, and collaborate with Brand and Medical teams to improve product messaging and strategy.

Ideal candidates hold a health-related degree, 2+ years in relevant roles, and can read clinical literature with confidence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline (Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, Public Health or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product specialist, medical representative, or medical science liaison role.
• Ability to read, critically appraise, and interpret clinical literature and guidelines.
• Strong product detailing and scientific communication skills for clinicians’ decision-making.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Earn clinical recommendations through evidence-led conversations with practitioners.
• Master the scientific evidence underpinning EB & EC products to discuss with clinicians.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships grounded in scientific credibility.
• Plan and execute practitioner visits and product detailing sessions with outcomes in mind.
• Track engagement quality and relationship health over time.
• Collaborate with Brand and Medical teams to translate field insights into product development.
• Stay current on clinical literature and competitive landscape.
