PT Kalventis Sinergi Farma is seeking a field-based medical sales professional in Surabaya to engage doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals with science-based presentations and to build strong relationships with KOLs and prescribers.

You will identify new opportunities in community and hospital settings, monitor market trends, collaborate with distributors for product availability, and drive sales through strategic plans and regular field reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medicine/Pharmacy/Life Sciences required.
• Experience in sales or medical promotion preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with pharmacy channels, sales planning, and CRM tools (e.g., OPTIMA).

Requirements
