Job summary

Besins Healthcare Indonesia seeks a Product Specialist in Semarang to drive sales strategies and forecast reports by coordinating the Field Force to meet business targets.

You will build relationships with Key Accounts and Healthcare Professionals, updating product knowledge and monitoring competitors to optimize marketing programs and customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with Science Background.
• Experience as Medical Representative/Product Specialist with focus KOL in Obsgyn.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Key Account stakeholders, product listing, visit and detailing to Healthcare Professionals.
• Maintain and update medical/product knowledge to increase product awareness and ensure accurate information.
• Monitor competitor activities, product availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to follow up HCP complaints related to drug safety and assist QA in customer complaints to ensure product quality.

Besins Healthcare Indonesia (Terapi hormon untuk masa depan cerah - Besins Healthcare) is looking for Product Specialist who will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. This position aim to achieve assigned sales target of his/her area by manage the Field Force as resource to reach the business target.

This position open for Semarang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To manage Key Account stakeholders, product listing, visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals.
• To maintain and always keep update with medical and product knowledge to increase products awareness and to ensure that they are able to deliver appropriate product information
• To monitor the competitor activities, products availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness
• When required, together with Medical Affairs in continuing and following up HCP complaints related to the drugs safety monitoring and to assist QA department in following up the customer complaints in relation to the products quality in order to ensure the product quality and to improve customer services

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with Science Background
• Have experiences as Medical Representative/ Product Specialist with focus KOL in Obsgyn
