Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to lead line-level maintenance and TPM initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and time-based maintenance programs for multiple lines.
• Own PM systems, budgets, and centerline management for equipment and lines.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements.
• Be the technology owner and represent site in regional/global technology forums.
• Mentor and train PM practices across shifts and departments.
