Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage or perishable consumer goods.
• Proven experience in regional/national sales leadership roles.
• Strong track record in managing regional sales teams and distributor networks.
• Experience with GT/traditional distribution and channel expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market share targets across East Java.
• Identify and develop new territories and distribution channels to expand regional coverage.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and strategic trade partners.
• Monitor distributor performance against sales targets and KPIs; drive pricing, trade terms, and promotions.
• Lead and coach Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and distributor sales teams for a high-performing regional organization.
• Set clear sales KPIs, call plans, and field execution standards; conduct regular market visits and competitor analyses.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective regional execution.
• Identify underperforming territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Act as a commercial bridge between regional operations, distributors, and senior leadership.
