Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for East Java to lead regional sales strategy, distributor development, and commercial execution across GT and traditional retail channels.

You will coach Area Sales Managers and distributor teams, collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, and travel across East Java to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive sales roles, FMCG/food/beverage or perishable goods.
• Experience leading regional/sales teams and distributor networks.
• Strong GT and traditional retail distribution knowledge.
• Proven ability to expand territories and acquire distributors.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin Chinese and English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to hit revenue, volume, and market share targets in East Java.
• Identify and open new territories, channels, and retail opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and manage pricing, terms, and promotions.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and distributor teams to high performance.
• Set KPIs, call plans, field standards, and monitor execution.
• Conduct market visits; analyze trends, pricing moves, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on regional plans.
• Forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans for leadership review.
• Drive regional commercial execution aligned with corporate goals.
