PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Regional Sales Manager for East Java to lead regional sales strategy, distributor network development, and commercial execution across GT and traditional retail channels. You will coach Area Sales Managers and distributor teams, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Ideal candidates are highly target-oriented commercial leaders with FMCG and regional market expansion experience, especially in food, frozen, or chilled products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 8+ years CFG/sales experience in FMCG or perishable goods.
• Leadership of regional sales teams and distributor networks.
• GT and traditional distribution experience.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia; business English preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across East Java.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market share targets in East Java.
• Expand territory coverage and develop new distribution channels.
• Manage relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Lead and coach Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and distributor sales teams.
• Establish KPIs, call plans, field execution standards, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance on regional plans.
• Prepare regional forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
