You will shape regional sales strategy, develop distributors, coach field teams, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FMCG Sales, strong GT/distributor networks in East Java, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, and a proven track record of expanding coverage and improving

Qualificações

• 8+ years in FMCG sales or similar, with regional leadership experience.
• Strong network in General Trade and traditional retail channels.
• Proven ability to develop distributors and manage multi-site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across East Java.
• Identify new territories, channels, and retail opportunities.
• Manage relationships with distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Area Sales Managers and distributors.
• Forecast, budgeting, and reporting for regional sales to senior management.
