Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Chinese-speaking Regional Sales Manager for East Java, based in Surabaya. The role focuses on leading regional sales strategy, distributor network development, and commercial execution across GT and traditional retail channels.

You will coach local sales teams and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive growth. The candidate should have strong FMCG distribution knowledge, channel management experience, and fluent Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in FMCG or perishable goods.
• Proven track record in regional sales management and distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in East Java.
• Lead and coach area sales managers and distributors to ensure strong GT and traditional retail coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key trade partners, negotiating terms and promotions.
