Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for East Java. The role leads regional sales strategy, distributor development, and commercial execution across East Java, aiming to grow revenue and expand distribution in GT and traditional retail.

You will coach Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and distributor teams while coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strong market performance in dynamic FMCG channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably FMCG/frozen/chilled products.
• Experience as Regional Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record managing regional sales teams and distributor networks.
• Experience in market expansion and expanding retail coverage.
• Strong experience with General Trade and traditional distribution networks.
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, trade promotions, pricing, and turnover.
• Willing to travel extensively across East Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to hit revenue, volume and market share targets.
• Identify new territories and channels to expand regional coverage.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, sub-distributors and wholesalers.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions and BD opportunities.
• Coach Area Sales Managers and distributor sales teams for high performance.
• Set sales KPIs, call plans and field execution standards.
• Conduct market visits and analyze competitor activity and trends.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and regional business plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and senior management.
