Job summary

PT Wook Global Technology is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to lead paid advertising and drive e-commerce growth. You will develop strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and lead a team to achieve GMV and ROAS targets.

The role requires a strong background in performance marketing, at least 5 years of experience, 2 years in leadership, and Mandarin language proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in performance/digital/e-commerce marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
• Proven track record in managing large ad budgets and driving results.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, electronics, or e-commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead performance marketing strategy to drive traffic and revenue.
• Oversee campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Create annual and monthly ad budgets and optimize ROI/ROAS.
• Lead and develop the performance marketing team.
• Analyze market and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations.
