Zusammenfassung

Fashion Forth Indonesia is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive online revenue growth across our website, mobile apps, and marketplace channels in Indonesia. You will lead strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates while managing budgets.

You will own full-funnel optimization, collaborate with UI/UX and development teams, implement CRM and retention campaigns, and deliver data-driven growth reports.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing, digital marketing or e‑commerce growth
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue and managing budgets
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and analytics
• Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing and CRO
• Experience in CRM, influencer marketing, affiliate programs and retention strategies
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and GA4
• Experience in fashion/luxury brands is preferred

FASHIONFORTH is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive online revenue growth, optimize digital sales funnels, and maximize marketing performance across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing profitability
• Lead full-funnel optimization, from customer acquisition and engagement to conversion, retention, and repeat purchases
• Analyze website and app performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to improve user experience and checkout conversions
• Drive online revenue growth across website, mobile apps, marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia), and social commerce channels
• Develop performance-driven social media, KOL/influencer, and affiliate marketing strategies
• Implement CRM, retargeting, customer segmentation, and retention campaigns to improve customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Monitor marketing analytics, conduct A/B testing, and develop data-driven growth strategies and performance reports

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce growth, preferably with managerial experience
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue, managing advertising budgets, and improving ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital marketing analytics
• Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), website/app UX, and e-commerce customer journeys
• Experienced in CRM, KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and customer retention strategies
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing performance reporting tools
• Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in fashion, luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium e-commerce brands is highly preferred
