Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
5+ years of Digital Marketing experience across international markets.
Strong understanding of digital strategy, content, influencer, and performance marketing.
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong copywriting, content development, and localization skills.
Analytical and able to turn consumer and performance data into insights.
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating different markets and cultures.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Turn consumer and market insights into localized digital strategies, content, and messaging.
Develop and localize content across social media, influencer, and performance marketing channels.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Collaborate with Brand, Export, KOLs, creators, agencies, and other partners.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Optimize content, campaigns, and media investment based on performance insights.
Work with Export, Brand, and other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with market and business objectives.
Share market and campaign insights to improve future strategies.
