Job summary

Esensi Digital is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own end-to-end paid growth across TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and commerce channels in Indonesia. You will translate business goals into scalable acquisition and revenue programs, define KPIs, and drive data-driven optimization with measurable ROAS and GMV improvements.

You’ll oversee experiments, optimize budgets, mentor junior marketers, and communicate performance stories to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven success managing and scaling campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Experience optimizing commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop (ads, funnels, GMV).
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Ownership of budgets, strategy and measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid growth strategies across TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and commerce channels.
• Translate business objectives into scalable acquisition and revenue growth plans.
• Define KPIs, success benchmarks, and optimization frameworks.
• Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly with actionable insights.
• Build and present reports linking data to business results.
• Lead experiments: A/B tests, audience expansion, funnel optimization.
• Mentor junior marketers and set best practices.
