PT Insan Solusi Nusantara is seeking a result-driven TikTok e-commerce leader fluent in Mandarin to oversee Shop operations and drive GMV growth. You will craft pricing, promotions, and content strategies while leading a team across live streaming, affiliate partnerships, and paid advertising.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in TikTok e-commerce and 2+ years in leadership, with strong analytical and strategic thinking to boost sales and ROI across cross-functional partners.

Competenze

• Fluent in Mandarin and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TikTok e-commerce or TikTok Shop management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Solid knowledge of GMV growth, affiliate marketing, live streaming, paid ads, and e-commerce operations.
