Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years HRGA experience with knowledge of UU Cipta Kerja and business permits.
• Preferably has a recruitment network for creative media and AI talent.
• Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian; English is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Recruit creative talent (videographers, AI editors) and e-commerce teams.
• Manage company legality, executive foreign worker permits (TKA) including KITAS, and BPJS enrollment.
• Build a collaborative cross-cultural (China-Indonesia) work culture.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, employment contracts, and employee administration.
• Manage general affairs, including office facilities, assets, and vendors.
• Develop HR policies and company regulations in line with Indonesian labor law.
