Job summary

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with fluent Mandarin Chinese communication skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and local employment regulations.
• Knowledge of local recruitment channels and a strong network of potential candidates.
• Experience working in Chinese-invested companies, construction or engineering companies, or large-scale projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment channels, employee onboarding, interviews, and resume screening.
• Handle work permit and employment-related applications, extensions, amendments, and cancellations for Chinese and foreign employees.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, social security (BPJS), personnel files, and employee administration.
• Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to support project operations and management decisions.
