Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent Mandarin speaking and writing skills; HSK certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to translate documents and interpret conversations between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation).
• Maintain employee records and HR administration (contracts, attendance, leave, personnel files).
• Support payroll preparation, BPJS administration, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate General Affairs activities (facilities, assets, accommodation, transportation, supplies).
• Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.
• Prepare HRGA reports and other administrative documents.
