Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking a Head of HRGA based in North Jakarta to lead people and general affairs. You will recruit creative and e‑commerce talent, manage permits and legality, and foster a cross-cultural China-Indonesia work environment.

The role requires at least 6 years in HRGA, strong UU Cipta Kerja knowledge, and a Mandarin-English-Indonesian capable communication skillset. Join a growing tech group with opportunities for growth.

PT Izzo Teknologi Modern are looking for a Head of HRGA who is fluent in Mandarin to lead our people and general affairs functions. You will recruit creative and e-commerce talent, manage company legality and permits, and build a collaborative cross-cultural work environment between China and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Recruit creative talent (videographers, AI editors) and e-commerce teams.

Manage company legality, executive foreign worker (TKA) permits including KITAS, and BPJS enrollment.

Build a collaborative cross-cultural (China-Indonesia) work culture.

Oversee payroll, attendance, employment contracts, and employee administration.

Manage general affairs, including office facilities, assets, and vendors.

Develop HR policies and company regulations in line with Indonesian labor law.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of HRGA experience, with strong knowledge of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and business permits.

Preferably has a recruitment network for creative media and AI talent.

Good communication in Mandarin and Indonesian.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. English is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.

Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.

Salary IDR 18,000,000 – 20,000,000 / month (negotiable depending on experience and language proficiency).
