Job summary

PT Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. This role will shape how HR supports scaling, ensuring practical systems and a healthy workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and a strategic yet hands-on mindset to drive improvements across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), including PKWT/PKWTT and shift arrangements.
• Strategic and proactive mindset with a track record of initiating improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle across operations, warehouse, customer service, marketing, and office roles.
• Handle high-volume hiring during growth periods and peak seasons.
• Run onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, shifts, leave, and BPJS/benefits.
• Develop, update, and enforce company policies in line with labor regulations.
• Support performance reviews and employee development programs.
• Analyze HR data (turnover, engagement, time-to-hire) and propose improvements.
• Contribute ideas on culture, retention, and workforce planning as the company scales.

PT Luxfeline Global Technology is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company based in North Jakarta. As their business and team expand, they are looking for an HR Generalist who doesn't just run HR processes but sees where the company's people and culture need to go next.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and policy. More importantly, you'll help shape how HR supports the company's growth in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. Our client wants someone who looks ahead, spots gaps before they become problems, and turns ideas into practical systems.
