Pt Luxfeline Global Technology in Tangerang seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. This on-site role partners with leaders to drive talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in HRBP or HR generalist roles, with strong employment law knowledge and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Join a collaborative team and help shape our people initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business unit leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Support talent management initiatives including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• Advise on compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Facilitate organizational development activities and change management processes.
