Job summary

PT HOMEWOOD CONTROL SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced HR & General Affairs leader to supervise end-to-end HRGA operations at our Batam facility. You will drive recruitment, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years HRGA experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, with Mandarin fluency to liaise with Chinese management. Manufacturing exposure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of HRGA experience with 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with Chinese management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, payroll, BPJS, recruitment, industrial relations, and GA operations.
• Experience in manufacturing electronics/PCBA/SMT environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end HR & General Affairs operations, ensuring smooth daily department activities.
• Handle full recruitment process including manpower request, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Manage payroll calculation, attendance verification, leave administration, overtime checking, BPJS administration, and employee database maintenance.
• Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
• Develop, update, and implement company policies, SOPs, internal regulations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law.
• Coordinate manpower reports, permits, and compliance matters with relevant government institutions.
• Supervise general affairs functions including office facility management, dormitory management, transportation arrangement, office supplies purchasing, fixed asset management, security, cleaning service, and company event coordination.
• Support management in organizational development, department workflow improvement, and HRGA strategic initiatives.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate HRGA team performance to achieve department objectives.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
