Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
• Mandarin language skills are an added value.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, HR administration, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of General Affairs and office management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Manage industrial relations, compliance with manpower regulations, and liaison with government authorities (Disnaker).
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive employee development programs and performance management systems.
• Supervise facility management including office, yard, warehouse, and fleet assets.
• Ensure effective asset control, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles and equipment.
• Implement GA policies for safety, security, and workplace efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and act as liaison with external legal counsel and regulators.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes impacting manufacturing and manpower compliance.
