Job summary

MatchaTalent is actively seeking a Group HR Manager for a fast-growing Indonesian manufacturing and commercial group in North Jakarta. The role focuses on standardizing HR frameworks across headquarter and multiple facilities, reporting directly to the Group Owner, and professionalizing HR governance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR leadership within manufacturing, deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years HR and General Affairs experience, including 3+ years in a managerial/group level role.
• Proven multi-site HR leadership experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for mid-to-senior level staff.
• Lead talent management, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriate executives, plant leadership, and local HR teams.
• Manage expatriate employment administration: contracts, work permits, immigration, onboarding, compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
