Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager to standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. The role reports to the Group Owner and centers on implementing KPI-driven performance management, labor compliance, and expatriate workforce governance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR within manufacturing, deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR/GA experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/group role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites and large employee populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and standardize group-wide HR policies, handbooks and procedures.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation and PM frameworks for middle and senior management.
• Strengthen talent management, organisational development and succession planning.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriate executives and plant leadership.
• Oversee expatriate employment administration including work permits and immigration.
