Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) seeks a Mandarin-speaking Group HR Manager to standardize HR frameworks across HQ and manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. Reporting to the Group Owner, you will own group-wide HR policies, KPI and performance management, and workforce governance across locations.

This role requires strong Chinese- and Indonesian-language skills, deep HR leadership in manufacturing, and a hands-on, strategic mindset to professionalize HR governance in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Law, BA, or Psychology.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/GA experience.
• 3+ years in managerial or group-level HR.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites or holding-company environments.
• Experience with Chinese employees and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement group HR policies, KPI frameworks, and performance management.
• Oversee employment contracts, onboarding, and workforce administration.
• Ensure Indonesian labor law compliance and PKWT/PKWTT guidance.
• Mentor and monitor local HR teams across manufacturing facilities.
• Act as bilingual HR liaison between Chinese management and Indonesian teams.
