Job summary

Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group is seeking an HR Manager fluent in Mandarin to oversee daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking management and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and proficiency in HRIS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent Mandarin (speaking, reading & writing preferred).
• Knowledge of HR Generalist activities, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and with multicultural team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee administration.
• Handle recruitment and selection from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and HR administration.
• Support Industrial Relations and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with Chinese-speaking management and employees in daily HR matters.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and personnel records.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.
• Assist management in resolving employee-related issues and implementing HR strategies.
