Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Group HR Manager to standardize and lead HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in North Jakarta, Indonesia.

The role reports to the Group Owner and requires Mandarin fluency, deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and a track record of multi-site HR leadership.

You will design KPI and performance systems, ensure labor compliance, manage expatriate requirements, and mentor plant HR teams.

Qualifications
